Harris Rollinger is the Co-Founder and Director of the Colorado Fair Chance Hiring Initiative, a unique partnership between the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, the Colorado Department of Corrections, and the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership with a mission to reduce recidivism and improve public safety through employment.  As a consultant, Harris also works with UnifyAmerica, a non-profit that creates interactive experiences to help people bust out of their bubbles, build civic muscles, and work together to tackle our country’s biggest challenges. Harris has also served as the Executive Director of Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) Colorado, a consultant for Centura Health and prior moving to Denver he worked for Combined Jewish Philanthropies, one of Boston’s largest non-profits, overseeing their community innovation and entrepreneurship strategy. He lives in Arvada with his partner, Kristin and their dogs Beaumont & Gordon. A graduate of Clark University, Harris has also performed stand-up comedy (opening for John Oliver in college) and rode a 1950’s Amtrak train across the country with social entrepreneurs from around the world!
