Elaine is a Senior Advisor for the Boston Consulting Group and serves on the board of the AARP Foundation and advisory board for Yaysay, a startup digital retailer. Previously, Elaine has served in C-suite roles across a number of global companies, including Chief Operating and Transformation Officer for Crocs Inc, President of the digital division at TJX Companies, and EVP, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Ann Inc. Elaine has also served on the board of Brinker Int’l, owner of Chili’s restaurants, and was also an independent director for private equity-owned Purpose-Built Brands, a household product company.
