AVCF Class Session #4: Self-Alignment

Our in-facility program welcomes community members to volunteer as mentors. These mentors assist the in-class learning process by providing feedback, encouragement, and real-life experience.

In this Class Session, participants will learn Self-Alignment, with a learning target of “My real and ideal self-images are in alignment.”
