Circle of Hope

 Thanks to the generous support of Caring for Denver, we will be hosting our weekly Circle of Hope program as a peer-led group for all Denver residents who may have a history of incarceration and substance misuse. We offer a safe space to explore mindset shifts, conquer fears, and embrace a growth-oriented perspective.

Additionally, the program will integrate life skills, holistic health care services, and industry professional workshops and community events to provide comprehensive support for mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

The group will meet every Tuesday evening. Please note, content is subject to change depending on the needs of our participants that day.

Content this week- Physical Health & Wellness: Join us for a special guest who will touch on the importance of physical health, nutrition, and self-care practices, and learn some gentle stretching exercises to help with relaxation.
