LVCF Class Session #6: Self-Restraint
March 9 @ 4:30 pm - 7:45 pm
Our in-facility program welcomes community members to volunteer as mentors. These mentors assist the in-class learning process by providing feedback, encouragement, and real-life experience.
In this Class Session, participants will learn Self-Restraint, with a learning target of “I can demonstrate healthy self-control over my thoughts, emotions, and actions.”
