LVCF Class Session #7: Stress-Tolerance

Our in-facility program welcomes community members to volunteer as mentors. These mentors assist the in-class learning process by providing feedback, encouragement, and real-life experience.
In this Class Session, participants will learn Stress Tolerance, with a learning target of “I can tolerate physical or mental pressure without becoming negative toward myself or others.”
