Olivia Belle joins the Breakthrough team as our Volunteer Coordinator/Office Manager. She believes that everyone deserves second chances in life. Growing up her mother always taught her to be caring and compassionate towards the people in her community and outside of it. Olivia attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned her Bachelor’s and Masters’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She also has two specialized certificates in Forensic Populations and Crime and Intelligence. While being a student Olivia learned that she wanted to use her degree to help people in the criminal justice system and to help end the stigma revolving around mental health.
