Christian Barham

Driven by his faith, Christian believes deeply that everyone has the opportunity for redemption and transformation and does not want to stand in the way of people seeking it.

Starting in seventh grade, Christian’s family welcomed a formerly incarcerated family member as he sought a better future for himself. This widened Christian’s perspective at a young age and developed his love for others and the innate value he sees in all.

Christian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and has always had a propensity for process improvement and operational efficiency. After a few years working in real estate, Christian’s need to work in a mission-based organization pulled him toward Breakthrough.

Christian enjoys skiing, camping, biking, driving on winding roads, and reading non-fiction.
