Dear Breakthrough Community,
It is with a sense of fulfillment and a mix of emotions that I announce my chosen departure from Breakthrough. This decision was not made lightly, but I believe it is time for me to embrace new opportunities and challenges. As my family grows, I am choosing to move towards a job that allows me to be home with my daughter.
As I write this, I cherish the countless memories of successful events, organizational milestones, and the many wonderful people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Being a part of this incredible organization has been one of the greatest honors of my life. It was a dream job for me, fueled by passion and a deep sense of purpose. This makes saying goodbye especially difficult, but I prefer to think of this as a “see you later.”
I am incredibly grateful for the support, collaboration, and opportunities provided by the team, leadership, and my mentors. The guidance and camaraderie I’ve experienced here have been invaluable, and I have learned so much from each of you.
As I transition out of my role, please know that our capable team will continue to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I trust that the dedication and passion of our staff will keep Breakthrough moving forward with the same energy and commitment.
Though my time as a staff member is ending, my commitment to Breakthrough remains unwavering. I will continue to support our mission as a volunteer and advocate, working alongside you to create communities where everyone feels at home. I look forward to future opportunities where we might collaborate or simply reconnect.
